In het hart van de historie!
Day 3 to 6
With a guide and private transport you travel from Manila to the rice terraces in the Cordillage Mountains. You walk through the ancient terraces of Banaue and see the hanging coffins on the mountain walls of Sagada. The overnight stays are planned at Native Village Inn, a resort built in the style of the original Ifugao people. If you prefer something more luxurious, you can also opt for a stay at the Banaue Hotel.
On the last day you will be driven back to Manila and you will stay at the Bayleaf Intramuros Hotel again. It is a tiring journey but definitely worth it!

Day 7 to 9
You will be picked up from the hotel and taken to Manila Airport.
With a domestic flight, a course is set for Puerto Princesa on the island of Palawan. The hotel there is Acacia Tree Garden on the outskirts of the city.
Puerto Princesa is known for its underground river that can be sailed. It is a wonderful experience because the river has been left untouched on the inside. So there are no paths, lights etc.
Furthermore, Honda Bay, a cove of the sea, is very popular to visit for a day. There are several islands that are moored on and the closing is Sombrero Island, where you can enjoy a drink.
Day 10 to 13
From Puerto Princesa you head north with a minibus shuttle service. It is an adventurous journey of 5 to 6 hours on sometimes bad roads but those hardships are worth it. El Nido is located on the Bacuit Archipelago and the area is characterized by an overwhelmingly beautiful nature with blue lagoons, small islands and beaches and rising chalk cliffs. It is an ideal environment to fully immerse yourself in the omnipresent nature.
The El Nido Beach hotel is located in the village of El Nido itself, so in the evenings you can visit the company of others, go to a restaurant or entertain yourself in a different way.

Day 14 to 18
From El Nido you take a propeller flight to the town of Tagbilaran on the island of Bohol. Here you will be met at the airport and taken to your resort.
Bohol has a nice sandy beach with many resorts and restaurants and at the same time the interior has a lot to offer in the form of the Chocolate Hills, the Baclayon church, the Loboc river. Very special to see are the smallest monkeys in the world: the Tarsier monkeys. If you wish, you can go out to sea to see the dolphins or you can decide to sail a little further and watch the Whale Sharks.
The nights are planned at the Lost Horizon Resort on the beach of Alona Beach. It is a neat resort in the middle of the 'life' of Bohol. You can also choose to stay at the Linaw Beach Resort: the stay is a bit more luxurious and quiet, and is also located directly on the sea a short distance from the busy Alona Beach.
